  5. Oh my lord. I heard you guys for the first time at Martyr’s this past Saturday. Good God. That cover of All I Do. I could die with that song wrapped around me and be just fine. When I heard your singer bust out the first line I knew we were good to go. And you even did the “Thinkin baby, aboutchoo babeeey…” part. Thank God for Stevie. Come to Chicago as often as possible — I will be there. I grabbed the Dancethink disc and it hasn’t stopped spinning since the show Saturday night. It’s good to know that there are cool people playing instruments and fucking grooving the shit out of them. And it’s cool to see a whole bunch of people on stage too instead of the standard 4 — more sounds!!! I dare anyone’s ass not to shake within earshot of you guys. THANK YOU!!!

  9. You guys were absolutely amazing at the Artist battle in Grand Rapids this past weekend!! I was one of the artists dukeing it out… I was having a tough time getting in the groove of creating… Until you kids came on! The other guys in my group and I (we were the crazy ones doing the giant Lite Brite!) seemed to immediately start flowing. You brought out our creative juices!! Thank you for being our muse! Can’t wait ’til you come back to G-Raps!! Then I get to actually enjoy, groove, and DANCE!!

  43. i just saw you for the first time the other night in the rain at the Willow Ranch. It was pissing rain and you dragged me away from the fire under the tarp mahal with your music. You blew my dooors off and reminded me why i fell in love with music in the first place. I walked back to the party and borried ten dollas for your cd and thank you very much for it. I liked that vocal effect you were using. after getting home and playing your cd for my girls we were diggin the cd art too. very original and thoughful. good work. good show. thank you. I would like to have shot the shit with you all for a bit more after the show but i was facing a bit of the fade at the time… you know.
